Tarynn has been using sound healing instruments for 6 years to improve her anxiety, sleep habits, and focus.

 

This gathering invites babies to explore and play with sound tools in a relaxed, welcoming space before we move into a nurturing sound bath experience. Our time together will offer a gentle introduction to sound healing for both moms and babies, allowing everyone to feel comfortable and connected.

 

After the sound bath, we’ll enjoy light snacks and refreshments while holding space for conversation. This will be a time to share reflections, ask questions, and build community. Whether you’re new to sound healing or already familiar, this event is a beautiful way to bond with your baby, relax your nervous system, and receive deep nourishment for your mind, body, and spirit!
